Shipping Policy

Please read through the contents of this policy carefully! By purchasing from us, you are acknowledging and agreeing our below terms and conditions.

Best Bargains ("Best Bargains", "us", "we", or "our") operates the www.bbjw.com website (the "Service"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. GENERAL

All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

For any discrepancies in shipping charges, the customer will be contacted and informed about the issue to reach an agreement.

3. DELIVERY TERMS
3.1 DELIVERY TIME

Your order will arrive between 8-10 working days for customers who reside in the USA, 3-5 days for customers who reside in Canada, and 3 days – 3 weeks for International customers (depending on service chosen). For additional shipping fees, overnight FEDEX may be used, however, orders must be placed by 12pm the day before it is shipped using this method.

3.2 DISPATCH TIME

In stock orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment of order. Delivery time for custom orders vary. Please contact us by phone or email to get an estimated delivery time.

3.3 CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For change of delivery address requests, we may request additional information and valid government ID proofs to honor such requests. We will try our best to accommodate such requests but make no promises.

3.4 P.O. BOX SHIPPING

Best Bargains will not ship to P.O. box addresses. There may be other addresses which may not be possible to ship to because known carriers may not take them. You will be informed if this is the case.

3.5 ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock. Alternatively, you can choose to be refunded for any out of stock items in your order.

3.6 DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

4. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, we will provide a tracking number that customers are able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. TRACKING INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the first scan to appear. Please don't panic if tracking information is not available immediately.

6. DUTIES & TAXES

We will charge taxes as applicable.

6.2 IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Best Bargains encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Best Bargains at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping, the cost of initial shipping and any additional expenses incurred.

7. CANCELLATIONS

If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. If you have placed a custom order, we are unable to cancel your order.
